Administration building for Leeds Trinity University

The existing Administration/Teaching building required remedial work in order to upgrade and improve the internal environmental conditions.

In order to minimise disruption within the building, the solution was to apply insulation to the exterior façade including a dual finish of Render to the upper levels and grey terracotta rainscreen to lower floors.

The addition of the glazed ‘atrium’ to the north elevation improves the reception area and at the same time, provides an identifiable entrance to the University.
