Extension of an existing 1970s teaching block to provide an additional 4000m2 of teaching, administration and ancillary accommodation. Consolidating the Business School in to one single, high quality facility. Complete refurbishment of the existing block including fabric and services upgrades allowed the opportunity to promote fuel economy and energy saving measures while providing a clean and comfortable environment for the occupants.
