The proposals involve the construction of a new building and the refurbishment of an existing 1960s building, together with a central glazed atrium link, to provide accommodation on a “single site” for the School of Earth and Environment.  The accommodation will provide facilities such as office/admin areas, laboratory/research areas and teaching/seminar spaces.
